Lise Jorgensen
Chief Scientific Officer
Lise Jorgensen is the Chief Scientific Officer at Revlon. She is responsible for all global Research & Development operations, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, and Sustainability, supporting the Company's diverse brand portfolio across all channels and geographies.
Lise brings more than 30 years of R&D & brand building experience in the beauty & personal care industry. Prior to joining Revlon, Lise was SVP R&D at Coty where she led the creation and implementation of R&D strategies for the Consumer Beauty Division. During her 5 years at Unilever, as Global Vice President R&D, she set up a new R&D organization to support the highly complex Global Skin Care business as a standalone priority category. Lise also successfully led the integration of several major acquisitions. During her time at Estee Lauder, Lise helped shape the transformation of the namesake Estee Lauder brand with the introduction of a new brand philosophy and clarified portfolio architecture in addition to being responsible for all Skin & Makeup innovation strategies. Many industry "firsts" were launched during her 12-year tenure. Her foundational R&D years were spent at Clairol, Bristol-Myers Squibb and the Procter & Gamble company.
Lise holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute where she was also the recipient of the 2017 Goddard award for Outstanding Professional Achievement. Lise is a non-executive board member and Chair of the Innovation Committee for privately held Accupac Inc. She has numerous publications and patents.
